How We Work

• Discovery Call: We schedule a video call (Zoom or Google Meet) to discuss your needs
• Proposal: We send you a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
• Agreement: Upon your approval and payment, work begins
• Delivery: Completed work is delivered via email with revision rounds as agreed

Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Generally:

• We send invoices via Stripe for secure online payment
• Payment is required before work begins or as outlined in your proposal
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your invoice
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

Revisions

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. All projects include revision rounds as specified in your proposal.

• Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your proposal
• Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed scope — significant changes may require additional fees
• Clear and consolidated feedback helps us deliver revisions efficiently

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be arranged at an agreed hourly or flat rate.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us (logos, images, text, brand assets, etc.). By providing these materials, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes custom designs, code, and creative assets as outlined in your proposal.

Exceptions

The following remain our property or are licensed separately:

• Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused ideas
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) — these are subject to their own licenses
• Our proprietary tools, templates, or processes used to create your deliverables

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Supply necessary materials (logos, content, images, access credentials) in a timely manner
• Respond to our communications and feedback requests promptly
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments on time as outlined in your invoice

Delays in providing materials or feedback may impact your project timeline.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business information. Any confidential information shared during our collaboration will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This includes business strategies, proprietary data, and any materials marked as confidential.

Refunds and Cancellations

• 100% refund if you cancel before work begins
• Partial refund if work is in progress (based on completed work)
• No refund after final delivery and approval

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption)
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We deliver our services with professional care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific business results (such as increased traffic, sales, or rankings) as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence in everything we do, we make no warranties or representations about:

• Specific business outcomes or results from our services
• The performance of third-party platforms, tools, or services
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or digital assets

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• By you: You may cancel your project at any time by emailing us. Refund terms apply as per our Refund Policy.
• By us: We may terminate if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in abusive behavior. In such cases, you will be invoiced for work completed.

Upon termination, you will receive any completed deliverables for which payment has been made.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Severability
