At Ladmask, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet your expectations. We understand that circumstances can change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent for both parties.
We work closely with every client to ensure satisfaction, and we include revision rounds in our projects to make sure you're happy with the final result before completion.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your project. Here's how it works:
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we start working on your project
Work in Progress
If you cancel after work has started but before delivery
After Final Delivery
Once the final deliverables have been sent and approved
For partial refunds, the amount will be calculated based on the work already completed. We will provide a clear breakdown of completed work and the corresponding refund amount.
Revisions vs. Refunds
Before requesting a refund, please consider using the revision rounds included in your project. We're happy to make adjustments to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
All our projects include revision rounds. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of the work, let us know and we'll make it right. Revisions are the best way to ensure you get exactly what you envisioned.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@ladmask.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your project details and the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe). Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- The project has been completed and final deliverables have been approved
- You have already used or published the delivered work
- The request is made more than 30 days after the final delivery
- Third-party costs that have already been incurred on your behalf (such as stock images, fonts, or domain registrations)
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your project for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. The earlier you notify us, the more likely you are to receive a full or larger partial refund.
To cancel a project, email us at contact@ladmask.com with your project details and reason for cancellation.
Disputes
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision, please reach out to us directly. We're committed to finding a fair resolution and will work with you to address your concerns.
Our goal is to maintain positive relationships with all our clients, and we'll do our best to resolve any issues amicably.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
